Pros: 1. Work-life balance depends on the project.
2. Good benefits.
3. Top leaders (MD, CEO, and top managers) are visionary and motivational.
4. Best HRs: they are good and friendly.
Cons: 1. There's a hell of a lot of politics. Most people from Persistent I have seen castism, nepotism, favorites, and bootlickers.
2. You have to work whatever they assign. You can't say no, or else you will be either fired or told to resign.
3. New employees get a much higher salary than existing ones.
4. Appraisal depends on the manager. If business is down, you will get what is leftover.
