Pros: Good people that value a healthy work environment - great work-life balance.
Tries to keep up with the latest (not the shiniest) technology.
If you have the drive, you can build and be part of some interesting projects.
Cons: There still are some old-school managers that need to keep up with the times.
It's slow-paced at times.
If you just decide to be comfortable, nobody is going to push you out.
