I applied through college in mid-February.

I received a phone interview in late March. The phone interview was 30 minutes long. The recruiter introduced their available projects and asked about items on my resume. The recruiter was very nice, but only informed me of the interview 4 hours in advance. I had not seen the email and did not know about the interview until the recruiter actually called.

I had to ask him to call back 1.5 hours later, when I could be better prepared. The interview itself was not very difficult.

Following this, I had a group/panel interview at their local branch in late April. I met 4 people on the team and was asked questions about my previous experience, my resume, some behavioral questions, my interests, and my plans after graduation. The team members were all very nice and friendly.

I received the offer about one week after the group/panel interview.
