This hiring process was pathetic. They scheduled my interview three or four times over the course of two months but never sent a confirmation email or call letter, leaving me wondering if I should attend. They also did not send the job description despite repeated requests.
Finally, they sent the call letter for the interview. I had requested many times to schedule the interview after lunch, but they always stated the panel was unavailable and I had to come before 10:30 AM, even though I had to travel a long distance. Their rigidity and inflexibility were surprising.
They did not discuss salary expectations before calling me for the interview. There was only one round. The interviewer asked basic .NET questions. He was friendly and mentioned that I would be working on old products with old technologies. He seemed pleased and said I would have another round, asking me to wait for some time.
Ten minutes later, he returned, stating they would consider me for a Product Owner role, not an Architect. I informed him I was not interested and left.
Basic .NET questions. Nothing to mention about!
