I have given so many interviews, but this was the worst experience for me. The interview panel was highly unprofessional.
Most of the interviewers had a maximum of 4 years of experience, and they were interviewing candidates who have 8 years of experience.
When you answered anything, they behaved like they were illiterate.
It's not their mistake; actually, it's the mistake of the company's higher management.
They are not focusing on their reputation. They are just calling candidates and making them fools.
Can you believe that out of 50 candidates, the selection result was 0%?
Worst ever experience.
