Worst interview process. The managerial round of the interview was postponed twice at the last moment. Unfortunately, I lost two leaves, and my travelling expenses were 1.5k. The interview call letter was sent just 3 hours before the interview, so I had to book an Ola to Electronic City Salarpuria Infozone and pay a hefty bill.

Then, I attended the managerial round and was asked to wait for the HR round, as I had cleared the former. I was made to wait for 5 hours and was later asked to leave for the day due to the HR's negligence in not updating me that the HR round would be over the telephone. To my surprise, the job type was defined in the last round as contract. They did not mention this in the mail.

I had the final HR round over the telephone and was later informed that I was shortlisted. No update so far regarding my offer letter. I have sent follow-up emails, and to my bad luck, I have not received a response to my mails. It has been 2 months since my interview.

I don't mind if I am not shortlisted, but I should at least be informed about the status. Who will compensate for my 2 days' leave? Who will reimburse my travelling charges? Ultimately, I am the loser.

I am surprised that Siemens, being such a big organization, has such a worst interview process. Such HR personnel should be thrown out of the organization as they create a bad reputation. They shouldn't take candidates for granted.
