Pros: Great team, and generally a helpful atmosphere. People are always willing to help and explain aspects of how the systems work when you ask, or point you towards the people who would know.
Cons: We are generally working with complicated systems and outdated methodology. We have to rely on our coworkers and the developers a lot to figure out what's going on and what we need to do.
