Make sure you always ask when unsure, and they will happily guide and teach. A very welcoming and safe environment. They tend to act and focus on those two aspects in their workplace.
The only thing would be working online most of the time. I believe having certain days where the team juniors and seniors members meet to discuss and work together would be great, like hybrid days: two days in the office, three online.
