Great working atmosphere, dynamic work, great teamwork, nice salary, health reimbursement, transportation allowance, meal allowance, site allowance, overtime for engineers, annual bonus as per company performance, and religious holiday allowance (THR).
Less annual salary increment compared with the same level and same field company.
The composition of non-Muslim engineers needs to be added to balance the available engineers during Christmas/Eid. Additional recruitment of third-party engineers to support the main Siemens engineers needs to be considered.
