Project Engineer
Very good - experienced staff ran the interview process. I was treated with respect, and my previous experience was taken into consideration, although it was not directly linked to the role I was applying for.
Junior Engineer
Technical skills review, personality skills review, and a very long wait before you get a reply from HR. It's quite hectic, but the questions are not too difficult. Regular interview questions, just average.
Planning Engineer
Just one interview was conducted with two Siemens staff. They asked the questions and allowed me time to respond. After that, I was permitted to use the planning software to demonstrate my competency.
