Good salary in Lisbon. Good benefits. Hybrid mode with a lot of flexibility.
Toxic environment, sometimes micromanaging, sometimes no management at all.
The company in general is good. The project I was in was not managed well.
The interview process was quite easy. It consisted of two parts: * One with the hiring manager to explain the role and discuss expectations. * Another with the team architect, which was more technical, focusing on processes and best practices.
I had one interview where I spoke with three people: a member of the team I would join, a German director from the Siemens department (I believe), and an HR representative. In the interview, I was asked about my goals, why I applied for the job, and
CV submit, followed by a call from HR, and then a final technical interview with other engineers and the head of the department. Very easygoing and relaxed, although I was a bit nervous, as it was my first real interview.
