The culture is very inclusive, with good benefits. Lunch is provided, and there's a stock option where you have to buy shares, and then 2 years after, they give you 25% of what you bought. There's a small budget for home office tools and a small yearly budget you can spend on health or education. Mostly, all employees there are nice to work with. Managers are open to listening and give you space to propose new approaches.

Cons: Most technicians are more cloud infra experts than software engineering experts. Growth talks do not work well as a career plan.
