Work and personal life balance is good. The workload is good enough. Raises are fine. There are nice people to work with.
Everything is fine as it should be.
The interview process includes technical questions. These are basic, such as "What is polymorphism?" or "What is the limit for factorial calculation on a 32-bit computer?". There was also an English communication skills interview.
First, I received and completed a technical test successfully. Next was a Zoom interview. Initially, I was asked to briefly explain myself. Then, the interviewer went through the job description points one by one. The job was also explained to me.
It was fast and neat. I guess they were already satisfied with my background, so there were no deep questions or anything. It went pretty well, and I was offered the position very quickly.
