Interview with HR focusing on academic and professional background. They try to understand if you align with the company, its values, and the relevant company culture.

There was a CV selection via the Human Resources department, followed by an interview with the team manager. The interview was conducted online via Teams and lasted around 30 minutes.

Assessment Day: The morning session involves general group exercises, instrument data interpretation, and an individual presentation. Only those who make it through the morning session advance to the interview part.
