I sat with HR, and they asked very generic questions. For example, they asked about my reaction if someone asked me to clean the first-floor storage room. I felt it was a pointless psychometric exercise.

3-step interview. People were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked normal questions about studies, dreams, etc. They sent me one paper to study before the interview and discuss during the meeting.

Simple. Drug testing. General questions regarding your experience and skills. Make sure to use the keywords from the job posting in your answers. Always answer positively and never criticize past employers or colleagues.
