Great, discreet, and orderly. All steps were carried out by the people who were actually necessary for the interview, and this shows greater seriousness towards the interviewee. I thought it was great!

There was a CV selection via the Human Resources department, followed by an interview with the team manager. The interview was conducted online via Teams and lasted around 30 minutes.

It took two months+. I was contacted by the HR team to set up a phone interview and then the on-site interview. The interviews were with the hiring manager and his team.
