Pros

If you can survive there, you must be a hard-working people with a lot of skills. Also, you should be a tough person, as you were constantly threatened with losing your job. With these qualities, you are almost guaranteed to find a better job very easily elsewhere.

Cons

Politics is everything in the company. People are tagged in the beginning as "cheap labor" or "good future," and this WILL NOT change. Most people were lured to the company with a good salary, then they constantly suffered from no salary increase, other people taking their credits, doing cleanup for others' messes, etc.

The turnover rate is extremely high. People from certain countries, like Brazil, form groups to control benefits within their groups and compete with others.

Senior people staying there for more than 20 years basically control everything. Their rule is simple: pack as much as possible into their own bags before retirement. Stay clear of their way, or you will be hurt badly.
