There were two aptitude tests from which some candidates were shortlisted. Then a technical written test, which was again an elimination round. After that, a technical interview took place one week later. The HR interview was at the same location.

Smooth and responsive interview process. I enjoyed the experience. The whole process took around a month, from the time of first contact till hiring. I recommend Siemens to all those looking for a stable career in an innovative company.
