Siemens has great benefits, is an awesome place to work, has great colleagues, and offers great competitive pay. They also have flex scheduling and a new way to work.
It's a great place for career advancement and offers great training. The office environment in my branch is actually pretty good. There are team-building exercises, collaboration areas, and great encouragement to become accountable and own your project.
Lack of structural leadership in some departments means you have to constantly do someone else's job. However, this is being taken care of.
The workflow has been in place. Make sure the lower-tier management leaders are following this great company workflow. Model and Siemens will be an even greater place to work than it already is.
