Great job/company ruined by unrealistic management over the years
Good fellow employees, good benefits, company vehicle, paid expenses, and a nice work environment.
You have no voice. No life balance. Forced management tactics, poor culture. You are just a number. Good talent is treated awfully. Non-technical management is running operations. Do not expect to be rehired, even if you leave on good terms. Meetings are one-sided. There are respect issues between management and the average employee.
Have an understanding of what your employees do for the company before you judge. Cleaning house is needed to bring the company back to a great place to work.
