Great job/company ruined by unrealistic management over the years

Fire Alarm Inspector Mount Prospect • Former Employee

Mount Prospect, Illinois, United States

Pros: Good fellow employees, good benefits, company vehicle, paid expenses, and a nice work environment.

Cons: You have no voice. No life balance. Forced management tactics, poor culture. You are just a number. Good talent is treated awfully. Non-technical management is running operations. Do not expect to be rehired, even if you leave on good terms. Meetings are one-sided. There are respect issues between management and the average employee.
