Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Applied in mid-October and completed the straightforward online application. I didn't hear back from them again until January, when I was asked to complete their online aptitude tests. I was told I passed these, and my application was being reviewed.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer
The interviewers were very nice; the interview was very chill. Had a casual chat with the interviewer before the interview. They told me about the benefits of the job and what was expected in the job. They ended up cancelling the role due to COVID.

It was a special event associated with a scholarship they sponsored, where you rotated around a group of their managers. I think you had about 5 minutes with each, although this interview process definitely isn't typical for them.
