Pros

The common training imparted to freshers at the start of their careers delves deep into automation, switchgear, motors, and drives, among other topics. This is very useful once they start working in factories.

Cons

Low pay.

The majority of employees hail from Maharashtra; the cultural diversity is far less than what you expect in an organization of its size.

Minimum nine working hours per day, regardless of the actual time spent doing something productive.

Six working days in factories adversely affects work-life balance.

Advice to Management

Do not judge the amount of work done by an employee by the time he/she spends at work.

Reduce the number of working days to 5 per week, regardless of the function and location.

Actively hire from states other than Maharashtra to improve cultural diversity.
