This is one of the most important technology companies installed in the country. It has more than 135 years in Mexico.
The Siemens Business Learning Program, where I participate, was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had in my entire professional career. There, I could learn not only technical aspects but also commercial ones, logistics, and others.
The projects that they manage are huge, and the impact you may have as an engineer is considerable.
There is no R&D investment in Mexico; all the research is very centralized in Germany. The German culture is not installed in Mexico, so the bad practices of my country shadow the good job conditions that German people may have.
Decrease the gender gap in technical jobs and also in high levels.
