Entry Engineer
It was a friendly discussion, more than an interview process with questions and answers. They want it to feel like a discussion. They will ask questions regarding your experience, behavioral, and technical skills.
Project Engineer
The interview was pleasant, professional, and very friendly. The interviewers were the hiring manager and two assistant managers. Initially, there were basic questions, followed by more job-specific questions. The interview took about two hours.
Grid Software Internship
I interviewed for Minnetonka, MN for Summer 2024. The first interview was a video interview where you record your answer to each question and submit it. The second and final interview was over Zoom. They did not ask me any technical questions.
