The interview process included a phone screening followed by a formal interview. Standard questions were asked, but the majority focused on critical problem-solving scenarios. It appears they were testing the ability to think under pressure. However

They asked all questions from Core Java only. My interview was good; I answered all the questions but did not get a call for the next round. At least they should have informed me clearly whether I cleared the first round or not.

Applied on the company's "Careers" website. HR called and set up a phone interview. When I cleared that, I was invited for an on-site interview at their development center in Gurgaon. I was given a test and a personal interview afterward.
