Pros

The working hours are very flexible, offering a good balance between life and work. The environment is also very fine, with individuals working in offices instead of cubicles.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are not as good as at other companies. There are minimal to no courses available within the company. Due to the flat structure, a career cannot really be built.

Advice to Management

I think the most important is to have new projects which are selling better, so more people could be hired.

Introduce new courses (except language courses, which are quite pointless because everyone is speaking German and English).

Best practices and overall knowledge are not shared among groups, and this information is getting lost when someone is leaving the company.
