- Very bad interview process.
- No process being followed; from day one, you are expected to bring 100%.
- Very rude colleagues.
- HR doesn't give a damn.
- Manager and HR say, "If you don't like it, we can't help. Get lost."
- If you suggest something to the existing team, they never like it.
- They always want to follow their way, and they are always right in every way.
- Loads of software tools are being used, and no one gives information on what they are meant for.
Don't make a mistake and don't join Siemens.
Inform new joinees what is expected of your role. Provide proper knowledge transfer (KT) or documentation for new joinees to understand the business area. When employees talk about concerns, listen and act.
