Formal interview with hiring managers. Strength-based conversation about personal strengths and experiences. Responded to situations the managers proposed and demonstrated key skills, such as empathy and self-improvement.

It was a special event associated with a scholarship they sponsored, where you rotated around a group of their managers. I think you had about 5 minutes with each, although this interview process definitely isn't typical for them.

Online aptitude test. Telephone interview. One-hour competence-based face-to-face interview. Never contacted me after the interview to inform of the outcome, even after I left messages with colleagues.
