Low salaries, pressure to overperform, frequent deadlines without mentionable reasons. The company cares enough to organize events about health, well-being, equality, etc., but eventually, you can't attend because of all the tasks you have to do. It seems like the image is more important than the employees. If you want to have a life outside work, don't bother here; you will have a bad time.
