Very Good Working Culture
Great work culture. This is a very good company to join after you become a manager; otherwise, it will not be a wiser decision.
Very poor salary. Some managers are really good, but there is a person who took things in a personal manner and maintained that grudge. Anyways, overall is okay.
Please improve the salary structure and hierarchy because one cannot work in the same position for a prolonged manner. Very low-level technology usage in STSPL.
