Siemens does not leave a stone unturned to select the best candidate. The selection ratio is very low, although hundreds of quality candidates compete for one seat.

There were multiple interview stages to better assess the candidates. Starting therefore from an introductory interview to a more technical one. They were precise and available for any perplexity and doubt I had.

It was a very good experience. The interviewers were friendly and asked questions very smoothly. They looked for practical knowledge and implementation, and they sought passionate students. I am happy to have had the chance to be interviewed by Sieme
