Pros

You get to learn a lot, especially if you are a fresher.

Not just development, you can learn testing, DevOps, as well as management at the same time.

Cons

The pros stated above look good from the outside. The biggest drawback is the employees don't get enough time to learn these things, even if it is new to you.

The deadlines are very short, and the management is really poor and unprofessional. It is very likely that your manager will ask you to work on weekends, and then will ask you to plan in such a way that this does not repeat. And in the next sprint, they will give you some new task at the last moment and again ask you to work on weekends. This has happened three times in the last four weeks with me.

Advice to Management

Have more employee-to-manager interactions.

Make your managers more professional.
