Good environment and good conditions offered at Siemens in Portugal.
unfortunately can't say the same for the companies they own.
They have a trainees program, and as a trainee, I was put in another company that Siemens owns. The experience was not the best. All the trainees were separated into different teams, and the treatment was different in each team, which is very unfair. We should all have the same opportunities. After the 1-year contract, they only kept a few of us, and I was not one of those, mostly because of the different experience from others, I am sure of it.
You should give the same opportunities to everyone.
