The interview process was not up to the mark of such a big company. It was not relatable to the position applied for. I am a fresher, yet they expected me to be experienced. They did not even give proper feedback after the interview.

Applied through an employee referral. Had an initial audio interview of about 45 minutes. Questions focused on the academic projects and courses I had completed that were relevant to the job. A few weeks later, they informed me that they had hired

2 technical rounds + 1 HR round. The HR round is not just a formality here. They do indeed conduct an HR round and will also reject candidates in this round. All rounds are held on different dates, and mostly on weekdays.
