Pros: The company is good, and you will get a lot of benefits.
Cons: Mental health at work heavily depends on the team and the project you’re part of. In my case, a project that could have been straightforward became unnecessarily complicated, which affected the team’s overall morale. As a result, many colleagues either left the company or moved to other projects.
