The upper management in Brasov is very unprofessional and biased. Siemens used to have top-tier management during PSE days; the current situation is very bad and is destroying the company from the top down.

Huge salary gaps exist across various roles.

Students are hired on very low pay and kept that way for years to finance the much higher salaries of senior members.

Some team leads have no leadership skills.

Internal communication is non-existent.

The company is now very far from what a modern IT company should be.
