Older employees went into their comfort zone. They would not change their work methods, nor would they help others grow because they wanted to remain ideal until retirement.
If you are used to such a work culture, you will survive there; otherwise, you will leave ASAP.
Don't waste time doing too many surveys, as no one takes action for improvement. Throw out your older management who are surviving on others' work.
