Siemens as a company is good, but the people working in STSPL Pune are very bad.
People at Siemens are very manipulative. There is no appreciation for work, no good pay scale, and very bad hike policies. Once a question was asked to the India head in a town hall: "Why are current employees paid less compared to new hires?" His answer was that the company will always do what is beneficial for it at the moment. If a resource is required, then they will hire on a higher pay scale. Here, my question is: What about existing resources who are already working for you and your projects are surviving because of them? Will you ignore them?
As you pay higher salaries to your new hires, same way give good hikes to your existing employees. It's them because of whom you are able to pay higher packages to your new hires.
