The interview process focused on C++, OOP concepts like polymorphism, and problem-solving questions involving hash maps and sorting. It also emphasized C++ advanced concepts such as vtables and memory management.

It wasn't very welcoming, and the length wasn't helpful. It focused more on memorization than on thinking. So much tension was built up, and it was nothing more than trial and error to make them change the question.

Effective and friendly. Someone called me from Dubai to choose a time, and he was friendly. I had to decline because I had already accepted another job offer. However, he wished me good luck, and it was a nice experience.
