Android Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen.

Then, at the last minute, they had to reschedule it for the following week. When we did have the first phone screen, it was pretty basic.

We set up another phone screen, this time with the hiring manager. This was also pretty basic, and I could tell they didn't have much interviewing experience because they just read from a script and eventually ran out of questions.

Then I was invited to an onsite. Again, more basic questions, nothing super technical. They seemed pretty unorganized because I was asked the same questions by multiple interviewers (or maybe that's part of some new hiring strategy).

Overall, the interview process was pretty bad.
