The first round was a discussion with a recruiter. It was nice and informative.
The second round was with the hiring manager, which surprisingly finished in 20 minutes. He shared an exercise with me.
Normal basic interview questions
The interview exercise wasn't relevant to the role. As per instructions, you were allowed to write in your language and not necessarily use a production-ready tool within 2 hours. After submitting the exercise, I didn't receive any response. On the 10th day, I asked for a follow-up and then learned that I had been rejected because my tool was written in Bash and was not production-ready (please read the full comment to understand the entire situation).
