If you don’t care, most employees and managers don’t care either. Since the merger, rest and vest is a way of life.
If you are actually a qualified employee who values work ethic, steer clear. They promote DEI above everything else. If your colleague is part of that collect them all set, then their career is set even if their abilities are two levels below where their title says they should be.
Females made up 25% of the engineering force, but 50% of promotions one year. If you were not DEI, they didn’t even consider you.
Basically, if you are looking to work with the best and brightest people you ever will in your career… steer clear, and you will be sadly disappointed.
Stop coddling employees; most of them just complain about everything in their own private channel like children. And hire some real veterans, not the so-called veterans who just made all the mistakes at other startups.
Sr. Software Engineer, Reliability, Release Engineering, Agents of Webapp Final day of engineering interviews: **General Tech and Automation:** Supposed to discuss/review your submission of the technical challenge and evaluate qualifications listed
This is a terrible recruiting process. The recruiting team does not respond after the interviews with genuine feedback. They initially shortlist the CV, but after the interview, no one responds appropriately to my emails. I did not expect this from
Really bad experience. The recruiter thinks she is the company's CEO and can screw up the entire interview process. That's what happened to me as well. The hiring manager was really nice and patient, though.
