The interview process consisted of:

• Initial recruiter outreach (prescreen).
• A 1:1 phone call with the hiring manager.
• An in-person resume review with the hiring manager and a peer.
• A final panel presentation to three managers.

Overall, this was the most professional and engaging process I have experienced. Everyone I interacted with, from the initial recruiter outreach to the hiring manager and peer group, was friendly, professional, and focused. There were no missed calls or poorly managed onsite experiences. Most importantly, the path to success was clearly laid out, requiring only dedicated preparation. Expectations were clear throughout the process.
