The recruiter let scheduled calls drop without calling me. We rescheduled a few times, but he still let them drop. Eventually, he didn't even reply to my polite request to find out what happened.
I already had offers and unfortunately couldn't wait for him to get it together.
I've never experienced such disorganization and lack of communication. I can only imagine the sort of disarray inside the company.
