Traditional software engineer interview schedule:

Round 1: Behavioral interview with a manager, including some technical questions.
Round 2: Offline technical assessment with medium and hard algorithm questions, and a "real-life" GitHub PR review.
Round 3: "In-person" (done over Zoom) 4-hour interview block, including system design, medium and hard algorithm questions, and a behavioral/technical discussion.
