The process started slowly and was extended to weeks. Therefore, make sure to catch up with HR at regular intervals and schedule the rounds appropriately, otherwise it can be extended to months. The interviewers are amazing folks who ask questions based on your experiences and skills.

Round 1: HR connect on projects worked on and brief about the organization.

Round 2:

• Engineering Manager round on projects and work done.
• Design a word search and how to scale it.

Round 3:

• Connect to a SQLite datastore and write queries using the given database, then run those via code.
• How would you design the above application (endpoints, application architecture) in detail.

Round 4:

• Given an existing high-level design of Slack, add features such as attaching URL information with messages. For example, a message might be "Link to PR - http://github.com/PR-1". Fetch information from GitHub for the URL and send it with the message, ensuring it does not impact the existing system.

Round 5:

• Projects, various situations encountered in projects, and a complete overview of your work and processes.

Round 6:

• Projects, tech stack and the reasons for choosing it, why you want to join, inter-team communication, etc.
