Pros: I have been working here for just under two years, and my team is very nice and helpful. There are so many talented individuals to learn from. Managers are on your side and help you to succeed.
Cons: Recent budget constraints can make it a bit harder to get promoted.

Pros: Culture at Slack is amazing. Everyone speaks the same language and shares the same values. People are kind and respectful to each other. I had 4 rounds of interviews, which included a recruiter, a take-home assignment, 1 in person, and 1 on zoom.
Cons: Culture changed after merging with Salesforce. Quality is not as important as before.
