Was contacted by a recruiter based in LA. Everything was very professional and planned so well until the point they ghosted me.

It’s been a month now and I haven’t heard anything from them. I had three interviews with senior members from the practice and then a final round with the director.

On the day after the interview with the practice director, the recruiter reached out to me and told me she would have an update for me, and then ghosted.

How can you ghost a candidate after five rounds of interviews?

Have the courage and courtesy to tell or send at least an email of rejection. Such a ridiculous process.

I was so disappointed, not because I didn’t get the job, but seeing the unprofessionalism of this company. I thought it was one of the good names in consulting. I was wrong.

My advice to people interviewing with this company: please don’t waste your time unless you are jobless. They will waste your time.
