Senior Solutions Architect Interview Experience - Vancouver, Canada
Process
Five interviews with various regional North American-based teams, ranging from team fit to technical. This was an absolute waste of time, folks. Their process is broken.
In my case, the hiring team didn't interview me at all. I got bounced around with these regional teams (did well in all interviews, and these folks were all great to speak to) and, after signing a contingent offer, then met the team I would be working with.
Now, after what was supposed to be a lunch meet-and-greet kind of meeting, it was obviously an additional "interview" after signing an offer!
The position I set to start has forever since been queued to be filled.
My gut feeling is the technical lead probably felt some intimidation of some sort, but I don't know for sure. In any case, a HUGE red flag for me.
I do not recommend this company, both for business as well as to work for.
